I offer telehealth sessions through a secure portal for clients who are distancing or quarantined. Have you been struggling with feeling sad, having enough energy to get through your day, or been overwhelmed with worry? I believe that each individual possesses strength and resilience, and sometimes it takes work to for one to recognize the unique qualities and character they have. I want to help you in your journey to discovering your strengths and help you through moments that have challenged you in the past and present, to create a better future.
My approach to therapy is client-centered. I will meet you where you are at and support you in achieving your goals. I have a lot of experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, survivors of domestic violence, autism, and borderline personality disorders.
